We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, scope your project, and communicate about your commission. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Enquiries are stored in our email system and internal project management tool, both hosted in Australia or the United States with industry-standard security. We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted unless required for an active project.

We may share your details with trusted collaborators (e.g. architects, engineers, installers) only where necessary to quote or deliver your project, and only with your knowledge.

You can request access to or correction of your information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@kcg-australia.com. We will respond within 30 days.

This site uses minimal privacy-respecting analytics. No third-party advertising cookies are set. We do not track you across other sites.
